• WhatsApp messages are stored on WhatsApp's servers as per WhatsApp's own privacy policy. We are not responsible for WhatsApp's data practices.
• We may send you product updates, order confirmations, and seasonal offers via WhatsApp broadcast. You can ask us to remove you from our broadcast list at any time.
• Phone calls are not recorded. Notes may be made for order follow-up purposes only.
• We will never ask for your bank account password, OTP, or card details over WhatsApp or phone. Beware of fraud.
